Our Story
Founded in **2022** in Rwanda, TEESC Ltd emerged from a deep commitment to addressing the pressing climate and sustainability challenges facing East Africa. Our journey began with a small team of dedicated experts, united by a shared vision of a resilient and sustainable future.
Since then, we have grown into a leading consultancy, delivering innovative solutions in environmental management, engineering, research, and sustainable development, impacting communities and organizations across the region.

Dr Innocent NDIKUBWIMANA
CEO & Founder
Dr. Innocent Ndikubwimana is a highly qualified, results-driven researcher and policy scientist with extensive academic achievements and professional experience in research design and implementation. He holds a PhD in Environmental Science and Engineering from China University of Geosciences, specializing in hydrology and watershed management. His academic background is complemented by practical expertise gained through various consultancy roles and academic positions, including his current role as Long Term Policy expert at the Ministry of Environment and his previous role as a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Policy Analysis and Research (IPAR-Rwanda) and a lecture of climate sciences at the University of Rwanda, College of Science and technology.

Dr.Eugene SHYAKA

Dr. Eng. SHYAKA Eugene is a highly accomplished Civil Engineer with a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and over 10 years of experience in the planning, design, and supervision of infrastructure and construction projects. His expertise spans structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, sustainable construction, and project management. Dr. SHYAKA Eugene has led multidisciplinary teams on major public and private sector projects, contributing to innovative and resilient engineering solutions.
